1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our offerings—particularly digital content, spiritual guidance, and educational services—all sales are generally final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Courses & Digital Products

a) No Refund Policy

Once you:

  • purchase a course,

  • access course material,

  • download digital content,

  • or receive login credentials,

the payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

b) Exceptions (If Applicable)

A refund may be considered only if:

  • you were charged incorrectly (duplicate payment),

  • you did not receive access due to a technical issue from our side,

  • or the course is cancelled by us.

Any such requests must be made within 3–5 days of purchase with valid proof.

3. Consultations / Sessions

a) No Refund After Booking

All consultation bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

b) Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your session if:

  • the request is made at least 24 hours in advance,

  • and subject to availability.

c) Missed Appointments

If you:

  • miss your scheduled session, or

  • fail to attend without prior notice,

the session will be treated as completed and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

4. Physical Products (Books / Store Items)

a) Eligibility for Return

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect,

  • you notify us within 3 days of delivery,

  • and provide photo/video proof.

b) Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • used or damaged items (after delivery),

  • change of mind,

  • incorrect orders placed by the customer.

c) Replacement / Refund

If approved:

  • we may offer a replacement or

  • issue a refund (if replacement is not available).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Order Cancellation

a) Before Dispatch (Physical Products)

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

b) Digital Products / Courses / Consultations

Orders for:

  • courses,

  • consultations,

  • downloadable products

cannot be cancelled once confirmed or accessed.

6. Payment Errors

If you experience:

  • duplicate charges,

  • incorrect billing,

please contact us within 5 days of the transaction. Verified cases will be eligible for a refund.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 7–10 business days

The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Due to the subjective and interpretive nature of:

we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction, expectations, or personal interpretation of results.
